Clarence Medical Centre closes its doors at 6p.m. but our phone lines remain open until 6:30p.m.

Ty Elan Surgery is closed during lunchtime.

From 18:30 - 08:00 on weekdays, throughout the weekend and on Bank Holidays, you can call 111 for the NHS Wales Out of Hours Service. 

Callers can receive health advice over the phone, be invited to attend a Minor Injury Unit or arrange an urgent assessment by an out of hours GP or nurse practitioner depending on their symptoms. This replaces the previous NHS Direct service.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
