Would you like to have a say about how services are provided at Clarence Medical Centre?

Clarence Medical Centre is keen to set up a Patient Participation Group - run by patients for patients

We intend to hold meetings here at Clarence Medical Centre every quarter and are looking for patients who would be happy to assist the practice with their knowledge as patients.

The aims of the group are to:

• Benefit all patients by influencing the delivery of health care services in the Practice and in the local NHS
• Enable all patients to take an active interest in their health through health promotion services and information
• Provide a channel of communication between medical and support staff based at the Practice and their patients.  This allows all patients to have their voice heard.
